Paul Hughes

Managing Director & CEO

Paul Hughes founded Integra Systems in 1991 straight of university having competed a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours). He has built Integra into a leading, award winning, Australian industrial product development and advanced Manufacturing company. He has created a culture of innovation within Integra and strives to ensure that this is at the forefront of each team member’s thinking. He believes that the future of Australian manufacturing is solid for those who are willing to be agile, flexible and responsive to dynamic market forces.

Erika Hughes

Commercial Director

Erika Hughes is the Commercial Director at Integra Systems and provides expertise in business management, business development and marketing. With Business Degree qualifications and a career in marketing, advertising, and strategic business start-ups, Erika works with the entire Integra team to ensure Integra and its people are performing at full potential, the company culture is strong and that Integra is recognised within the market for its positive contribution to Australian advanced manufacturing, and leadership in innovation and product development for its clients. Erika has also been recognised industry wide as she has formed part of the judging panels, sat on advisory boards and often speaks as an industry advocate.

Russell Hughes

Director of Innovation

In 1993, Russell Hughes joined his son Paul at Integra Systems to fulfil his dream of harnessing innovation to develop engineering solutions for Australian industry.

Russell’s early trade apprenticeship has provided the foundation for a five decade career in production engineering in a diverse range of industries, culminating in promotion to Managing Director of Rymer Lighting and Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at Howard Smith Industries. Russell's contribution to the engineering and manufacturing community as an inventor, innovator, mentor, industry advocate and entrepreneur has been recognised industry wide through Lifetime Achievement Awards from Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame (2015 Honour Roll Finalist), 2013 Pace Zenith Awards (Winner), 2013 Manufacturer's Monthly Endeavour Awards (Winner) and Hume Business Awards (2012 Business Leader of the Year).

Sanjay Babu Jeyachandran

Production Manager

Sanjay joined the Integra Production Team in 2017 with a Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering and a Masters of Sciences Automotive Engineering, and quickly rose to the challenges of leading the Integra team as a Production Engineer and then as a key member of the Integra Management Team as Production Manager. Sanjay brought to Integra experience in the automotive industry at Renault Nissan, Ford and Royal Enfield Motorcycles in India, Lotus cars in the UK and Australian Arrow, and takes a thorough and systematic approach to our agile manufacturing plant. Sanjay is insightful and progressive and always on the hunt for innovative and flexible ways to deliver our services and ensures that the culture of the Production Team focuses on quality, progressive thinking and collaborative approaches to problem solving.

Tony Tempesta

Production Coordinator

Tony joined Integra in 2005, bringing 25 years of knowledge and experience with CNC punching machinery and brake press operations.Previously, in Manufacturing Supervisor roles at Rymer and Doherty Industries he was responsible for managing large teams of metal shop workers.Tony's experience coupled with Integra's engineering know-how has enabled Integra to implement and maintain leading edge innovation in our manufacturing processes and machinery, ensuring our customers continue to stay ahead of their own competition.

Tracey Robertson

Office Manager

With over 30 years Office Administration experience Tracey joined Integra in 2012 to support the team. Tracey worked with Russell Hughes at Rymer Lighting for 10 years when she first began her career in office administration, and we are fortunate to have her back as part of the Integra Family. Over her career, Tracey has worked in the lighting industry, prestigious motor vehicle industry, quality assurance and recruiting/staff contracting. Her career path has been progressive and stable and she has contributed significantly to every employer she has worked with. We are delighted to have her as a key member of our team.

Nick Restall

Design & Development - Team Leader

Nick’s passion for innovative and creative product design blended beautifully with Integra’s values when he began in the Production Team in 2016. Nick worked part-time at Integra in the production team while he studied his Bachelor of Design (Industrial) at Swinburne University. During his part-time employment with Integra it quickly became apparent that Nick’s understanding of product development and prototyping would secure him as a strong asset in the Product Development Team. Once Nick graduated from his Bachelor of Design he was recruited full time into the Product Development Team and is now responsible for the Management of this team. He has a strong customer engagement focus and works closely together with our customers to create world class designs and prototypes that give them the market and competitive edge they are looking for.

Krystal Davis

Krystal Davis

Technical Product Manager, Integra TransForm

Krystal joined Integra systems in 2016 as part of the Production Team on a part-time basis while undertaking her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design at Swinburne University. In 2018 Krystal graduated from Swinburne with Honours in Industrial Design and Integra was so pleased with Krystal’s understanding of Product Development and innovation that she was quickly recruited into the Product Development Team on a full time basis where she focussed on design and continuous improvement, with a lead role in the establishment and maintenance of Integra’s ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. Krystal is now responsible for the full lifecycle of Integra’s own products under the Integra TransForm Division, from R&D through to commercialisation, marketing and distribution.
